BANANA CREAM PIE

2 cups Banana slices
1 Reduced-Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 pkg Fat-Free, Sugar-Free Instant Banana Cream Pudding
2/3 cup Dry Non-Fat Milk
1-1/4 cups Diet 7-Up Soda
1 cup Fat-Free Whipped Topping
1/4 cup Sugar-Free Raspberry Jam
3-4 drops Red Food Coloring
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
1 tbsp Sliced Almonds
Spread the banana slices on the pie crust.
Mix the dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and Diet 7Up. Blend in 1/4 cup Cool Whip Free and Spread mixture over the bananas.
Combine the remaining 3/4 cup Cool Whip Free and jam in a small mixing bowl. Stir in the red food coloring and almond extract. Spread the topping mixture over the pie filling.
Sprinkle the almonds over the top, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
