CHOCOLATE MINT PIE

2- 4-serving pkgs Fat-Free & Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding
1-1/3 cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
2-1/2 cups Water
1/2 tsp Mint Extract
1 cup Frozen Low-Fat Whipped Topping , thawed
1 Shortbread Pie Crust – ready-to-use

Mix the dry pudding mixes and dry milk powder. Mix in the water and mint extract with a wire whisk. Blend in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping. Spread the mixture into the pie crust.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing. Top whipped topping.
