CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE

¼ cup Margarine
1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 cups Fat-Free Half and Half
1 tbsp Brown Sugar Blend Splenda
1 tbsp Packed Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Egg Whites
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Chocolate Extract
1/3 cup toasted Chopped pecans
1 Frozen 9” Pie Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt margarine over medium-low heat. Whisk in the cocoa powder until smooth. Slowly add the half and half, brown sugar substitute, brown sugar, eggs and egg whites, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, chocolate flavor extract and pecans.
Place the pie crust on a baking sheet. Pour in the filling and bake 40 to 45 minutes, until set.
