CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

½ cup Sugar
1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Low Sodium Baking Powder
6 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, divided
1/2 cup Skim Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Margarine, melted
3/4 cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
1-1/2 cup boiling Water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Stir in milk, vanilla, and margarine. Spread the batter in the pan.
Combine brown sugar and remaining 4 tablespoons cocoa, sprinkle over the batter.
Pour boiling water over all, bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
