DIABETIC APPLE PIE

6 cups sliced and pared Tart Apples
4 Pkg. Sweet ‘n Low
1 tbsp Cornstarch
½ tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Lowfat Margarine
1 9 inch Pastry for Double-Crust Pie
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix sweetener, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples and mix well. Pour apple mixture into unbaked pie crust. Cut margarine into small pieces and put on top of apples.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for another 30 to 40 minutes.
