SIMPLY SENSATIONAL CHOCOLATE CAKE

This is one of the easiest and yummiest diabetic chocolate cake recipes I have made!

1 pkg cook and serve Dry Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 cups Skim Milk
18-1/4 oz. Devil’s Food Cake Mix, with Pudding
2/3 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Prepare the chocolate pudding using Skim Milk. Allow to cool to room temperature.

In a bowl, mix the cake mix and the prepared chocolate pudding. Pour the mix into the pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
